This 4 week yoga basics series is designed exclusively for men and will introduce you to the foundations of Yoga while tailoring the practice from a man’s point of view. You will ease into the practice of vinyasa yoga and learn the basics of alignment, the transition between poses and linking breath to movement. Each class builds on the prior class, allowing you to build a strong foundation and progressively increase your knowledge, strength and flexibility.
